Flavors for cakes, frostings, and fillings are practically endless. I do, however, have some favorites, along with some basic ones. I also love, love, love trying new and different combinations and flavors. If there is something you have in mind that is not on my list, please let's discuss it. Below is a list of some of the cakes I have chosen to offer. And as a reminder, almost any of these can be used as cupcake flavors.

Buttercream (almost any flavor, strawberry, raspberry and blackberry are the most popular) *Lemon, Orange, Lime Curds *Raspberry Coulis (sauce) fabulous with almond cake
American Buttercream (flavored to compliment any cake *Swiss Meringue Buttercream (this is a fluffier, not as sweet, buttercream) *Dark Chocolate Ganache (can be used as a garnish or can cover entire cake) *Cream Cheese
I do not cover any of my cakes with fondant
